Cruise Documents - Most documents
are available online or in hard copy. Advise Cruise2Celebrate which documents you would prefer to receive.
Document Notification is done by phone or email to notify you of the documents arrival. Documents generally
arrive 2-3 weeks prior to sailing date.
Delivery of Documents can be picked up in person
or by Fedex. If a credit card was used and all transactions were completed over the internet or by fax, documents can
only be delivered to the billing address of the credit card used.
Passports are
required for travel to any foreign country. A
Valid Passport generally means that your passport must not expire less than 6 months prior to your return back to the U.S. Some destinations require a Visa for entry. You will be advised upon confirmation
of your booking if any or all of your itinerary requires a Visa for entry. Most common destinations include Brazil,
India, most of Africa and selected worldwide destinations.
Payments required vary based on the time of reserving the cruise. You will
be advised immediately if full payment or deposits are required. If the cruise is placed on a payment plan, based on
the time of booking and the tier of the payment currently due must be included at the time of reservation to insure a confirmed
space. Full payment is always acceptable.
Credit Card Payments must be completed
on site with a signed imprinted credit card form. Phone and email reservations will require a signed authorization permitting
Kola Nut Travel to apply the charges to your credit card.
Airline Tickets purchased
as a part of the Cruise Line's Air Sea Program are assigned approximately 6-8 weeks prior to the cruise departure.
Air Deviations require advance notice and additional fees for the change in itinerary.
Air requests that involve a specific flight or itinerary will require a deviation fee. All requests will not be completed
until the amount and itinerary are approved by the traveler.
Airport Check-In and Baggage
follows the guidelines of the designated air carrier.
Independent Airfare will not include
airport to port transfers unless arranged for and paid for in advance. Please advise Cruise2Celebrate if you are interested
in prepaying these amounts. If your flight is late you may be required to join the cruise at another port at your own
expense.
Cancellations - In addition to any cancellation fees
imposed the cruise line and air carriers, all cancellations will be subject to an administrative fee of $50.00 per person,
regardless of the nature of the cancellation. Refunds are only processed upon receipt of a written request. The postmark of
which determines the date of the cancellation.
Past Cruisers must notify Cruise2Celebrate at
the time of booking with their membership number so that the reservation can be appended with the number.
Health
Requirements- all passengers are expected to check with their local health officials to determine
any immunizations and medications that might be required for travel to an international destination. No traveler will be refunded any monies if they are denied entry into the country because
of their failure to follow the guidelines of that particular country. Please note that more complete information for any travel
arrangements, whether domestic or foreign must be obtained from your personal physician.
Travel Insurance
- Cruise2Celebrate.com strongly recommends trip cancellation, baggage, accident and health insurance to safeguard your vacation.
Ask for a brochure when booking.
Group Travel - Cruise2Celebrate.com
will advise the group leader of the minimum requirements for their destination. If the group does not meet the threshold
of the group minimum, rates are subject to increase. All participants will be notified if this occurs. The group leader responsibility is to make sure all participants
have all of their information regarding their vacation including knowing the deposit dates, final payments and any cancellations
fees.
Unused Cruises or Transfers - There is no refund for unused portions
of the included package features unless cancelled by the Cruise Operator. No refunds will be given after departure in the
case of “no Shows or Alterations”.
Cruise Participant Responsibilities
- It is the responsibility of all cruise participants to arrive on time to all scheduled activities/events/cruises.
If a cruise participant arrives late and misses any mode of
transportation required in the cruise program, it will be the individual cruise participant’s responsibility to financially
assume whatever travel arrangements required to meet the group at the next destination. No refunds any
unused portion allowed due to missed cruises/flights or any activity associated with the cruise program. The traveler
must verify and confirm with the travel agent all details of his vacation itinerary have been met. If there are errors in
names, dates or other items outlined in the reservation form, the traveler must point the errors out prior to signing the
travel agreement. If changes must be made after the program has been finalized the traveler will be responsible for
any additional fees that are assessed for modifications of the travel program.

travel programs are operated by Cruise2Celebrate.com, a division of Kola Nut Travel, Inc., 500 E. Manchester Blvd., Inglewood, California
90301. Responsibility of Cruise2Celebrate.com and/or their representatives and/or agents is limited. Cruise2Celebrate.com
acts as agent for cruise, transportation, accommodations, and services offered in their programs. Cruise
participants waive any claim against Cruise2Celebrate.com based upon any damage to, or loss due to any act of any hotel, airlines,
and/or other services offered through any travel program. Cruise2Celebrate.com reserves the right to decline to accept, or
retain any cruise/cruise participant at any time for any reason, including insufficient number of participants. Any special
arrangements (i.e. concert tickets, cruise arrangements) are subject to change. The sole responsibility of any airline used
in any travel program is limited to that which is set out in the passenger contract on the airline ticket. No alterations,
substitutions or refunds maybe made during the cruise. Clients must verify travel information, sign and return this contract
before travel documents will be sent or given to the client.
